Policies, rules and regulations in a workplace are necessary in order to create and maintain corporate structure, ethics and boundaries. That being said, studies in the field suggest that many organizations struggle to implement these fundamentals. 

At TCCBI we believe that the strategic deployment of a policy is as important as the policy itself. In order for a policy to be remembered and adhered to by staff, it needs to be weaved (rather than just announced) throughout the company’s every day business.  One of the most poignant ways to do this is to use your creativity to create interesting and fun ways to deploy a policy and/or implement a program.
